Logan Systems is a land records service provider that manages a Property Notification website for numerous Circuit Court Clerks in Virginia. The system is designed to provide timely notice of documents indexed in the Deed Book that match registered names/parcels in jurisdictions under which the registration is active.

Monitoring will not occur unless you complete all necessary registration steps:

1. Select the appropriate jurisdiction below to begin the registration process.
2. To sign up, provide a valid email address and basic profile details.
3. You must confirm your account after receiving an email from this service to do so.
4. After you are logged in, enter the personal or business names and/or parcel IDs you want to monitor. We’ll notify you whenever those names/parcels appear in the index for recorded documents in the Deed Book.

If you wish to monitor names/parcels in other jurisdictions in the state, you may do so under the same account once you’re logged in – there’s no need to create an additional account. Just select the additional jurisdiction(s) and add the name(s) you wish to monitor.
