Welcome to the Name Registration page of the Property Notification service. This service is provided by Logan Systems, Inc. on behalf of the City of Virginia Beach Circuit Court Clerk. Your first step will be setting up an account using your name, a valid e-mail address and password.

Once you have the account set up, you will be able to enter names that you want to be provided notice for when there is a recording in that name. After you submit your registration, you will receive an e-mail from PropertyNotificationAccountConfirmation@logansystems.com. You will need to acknowledge receipt of that e-mail to confirm that you want the service. Please make sure that your e-mail security settings will allow an e-mail from VirginiaBeachPropertyNotification@logansystems.com. This is the email that will send the notifications.

LSI will provide this Property Notification Service (hereinafter “SERVICE”) with information provided by the CLERK staff in using systems and services provided by LSI.

LSI, CITY, and ROD, all collectively DO NOT certify the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of any record or information provided through SERVICE. LSI, CITY, and CLERK makes no warranty, either express or implied, regarding the accuracy, validity, authenticity, or completeness of any of these records. LSI, CITY, and CLERK do not warrant that the site will always be available and that it will function without interruption, errors or defects. LSI, CITY, and CLERK do not warrant that the site will be free of malware, viruses, or other malicious content.

LSI shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the information it provides to users of SERVICE. CITY and CLERK shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the data that it provides LSI for use in Service. LSI, CITY, and CLERK shall not be liable for any actions taken by users relying on the information provided by this service.
